Climate

Newspapers rarely publish a weather report in Aruba - they don't need to. The weather is pleasant throughout the year, with little variation between seasons. The average temperature is 27°C (82°F) and the difference from summer to winter and between night and day is only a few degrees. Rainfall in Aruba is most likely between November and January, but even then showers are likely to be short. Aruba is outside the hurricane belt and the constant trade winds keep the island from getting unbearably hot. Maximum temperatures rarely rise above 32°C (82°F). The peak tourist season runs between December and April and this is when airfare and hotel rooms are the most expensive.
